CHANGES TO THE GRE (AFTER AUG 2011 )

The grading scale will range from 130 to 170, rather than from the current 200 to 800. The test will be lengthened from 3 hours to 3.5 hours. The order of test questions will be scrambled every 2 hours, for increased security. The test will allow for test-takers to skip a question and return to it later. The verbal section will no longer contain questions on analogies and antonyms. A calculator will be provided so that mathematics answers will be based on test-takers’ comprehension of concepts and not their speed at basic calculations. The time of the exam will increase from around 3 hours to 3 hours, 45 minutes. The quantitative section will now provide an online calculator. Also its geometry component will be cut down and data analysis questions will be added.

Bribing for beliefs...?

Image
Christianity is the most followed religion in the world. In almost, all countries there are believers of Christianity. British colonization may be the reason. And, there are Christian missionaries which intend to increase the net number of Christians by their own methods. One legal method of drawing people can be through valuable preaching which is hoped to in dominance than other methods.  Still, there are other subsidiary methods too. In India, there are people from all economic statuses. Many Christian churches and missionaries run schools, hospitals, charity trusts, etc., which really help a lot of people. But there are a few Christian organizations that concentrate on dragging people into the religion by force or other means that are ethically doubtful.  There are more poor or lower middle class people in villages and other interior parts than elsewhere in the country. Certain religious missionaries exploit the poverty of the people and try to deviate them towards Christianity.

Downfall of DMK. Reasons for the clear defeat..

Image
Results of the assembly elections are out in Tamil Nadu. The party existing in power, DMK, lost very badly. Out of the 234 assembly seats, they have managed to win only 31 seats which is a clear defeat by a large margin. Probably, their bad conduct through these years of their reign had brought them down. Firstly, the party was been continuously accused by the opposition and many other leading politicians in the state for, all the important positions in the party were given only to the family members of the party chief M.Karunanidhi. The party had a bad time within the state with many murder cases and other petitions filed against them. Particularly, M.Karunanidhi’s son, M.K.Alagiri, was noted of indulging in many illicit actitvities, height of which is the burning of a newspaper office in which three persons were burnt alive. Since they were in power, they were able to suppress all the elements against them. Then came a major blow. A DMK leader and the by then Union telecom minister

Ninja warriors are an elite group of the covert mercenaries in Japan. They practice and follow unorthodox war practices that are very special to themselves. They put honor in front of everything and they intend to fight or even die for honor. Held in contrast with Samurais, these warriors are known for their exceptional capabilities. Many misinterpret ninja only as a martial art, but ninja strategies include mainly spying, sabotaging, espionage tactics apart from their assassination techniques. In modern ages, some of their techniques are still in existence with the name ninjitsu. Ninja culture was been followed as a tradition in old times. A ninja soldier teaches and coaches his son with special abilities. It was been a matter of proud to say oneself is a ninja. Their skills were been acquired from a long and sincere trainings and practices. Their practice methodologies include running long distances without a break, swimming underwater such that no movement is seen above on the wat
